Q: Can we get customer responses through the web?

A: Yes. Your customers can enter their responses on-line or by email using a "Web Form" which is submitted into a survey management system through which you can run reports, filter data, set up custom approval processes, etc.

A: The application comes with a generic set of questions that will be beneficial to any organization and satisfy ISO. But the question set can be customized to fit your unique needs. You can also generate as many additional surveys as you want at any time, for any purpose. It doesn't have to be ISO related.
