A: The ISO 9000 Complete Certification Kit contains the same documentation included in this kit, plus ISO implementation tools, auditing and employee training. So it's a complete ISO 9000 implementation package.
The ISO 9000 Certification Coaching Kit also contains all of our documentation and tools, and in addition provides you with eight hours of hands-on coaching if you need the extra help. The hands-on help includes dedicated project support, document reviews/editing, training, etc.
The ISO 9000 Documentation Kit (the kit you are currently looking at) is great if you want the required templates and Quality Manual, but decide you don't need the implementation tools/training or the hands-on support to implement your Quality System. Keep in mind that this kit still comes with the free consultant help line support, so you'll have that level of help no matter which way you go.
