A: No. The ISO 9001:2000 standard requires that you complete a full audit of your quality management system at least once per year. However, if your company is new to ISO 9001, or you have been finding a large number of discrepancies in recent audits, you should consider increasing your audit frequency, or to audit certain parts of your system more often.
