Q: We would like our Suppliers to be able to enter information into the system themselves instead of us having to enter information for them. Is that possible with your software?

A: Yes. You can set up a Webform for this purpose. This allows you to generate a Supplier Corrective Action from your system which notifies the supplier via e-mail that their action is needed. Using a link provided in the e-mail, the supplier can respond and complete the appropriate section of the form. The data is then submitted back into your system for further internal processing. Right out-of-the-box this application includes a generic SCAR workflow which includes the Webform capability discussed above. The SCAR workflow can also be customized to your existing processes if you desire.
